Can I donate a computer that is still good or will it get recycled or sold?

One may donate a computer through our C.L.o.C.K-12 Program. We offer these systems at low or no cost to qualifying Colorado Students. For low cost students we only charge a Tech & Prep Fee. This enables and ensures properly licensed and working systems.

What is C.L.o.C.K-12 Program?

C.L.o.C.K-12 or Community Link of Colorado K-12 is a new edition to NGI. This program is focused on working with Colorado K-12 schools and non-profits organizations. We offer free and reduced computers to those that qualify. See our CLOCK-12 page for further information or to get involved.

How do I schedule a pickup?

Call us at (303) 781-1089 or to email us click here >> henry@nextgenerationinc.com

What forms of payment are you accepting?

All businesses are emailed an e-voice with NET 15 Terms along with a Certificate of Recycle. Drop off’s or pick-up of purchased or fee based items can pay via business checks or cash. We will be accepting credit cards soon!

What do you do with the items?

Well when items first arrive we then perform item count or detailed inventory then have the techs remove all items with hard drives to properly handle hard drives. We then get them refurbished, upgraded and install an operating system for the use in schools. We will attempt to donate through the C.L.o.C.K-12 program for 21 days and then reusable items are put in our retail department to help accumulate funds for upgrading and operating systems on higher quality equipment. After 2 weeks of the items not selling we then decide they are end of life equipment and would then have our techs and dismantling team break down the equipment to remove hazardous materials and use scrap value of plastics and precious metals to help with funds as well. This program is awesome!

What happens to personal information on my computer?

We'll provide you with peace of mind by clearing hard drives of data using methods that conform to US Department of Defense cleaning and sanitizing standard DOD-5220-22M or you may choose hard drive destruction making hard drive unusable forever.
